Секторальний аналіз економічного розвитку регіонів України

Abstract

UK: Для ринкових умов важливим завданням є оцінка соціально-економічного розвитку країни та регіонів. Цей розвиток вимагає повних та достовірних даних про соціально-економічний стан регіону, перспективи та можливості, потенціал та інвестиційну привабливість. Суттєвим питанням економічного розвитку регіонів є поширення міжрегіональної та міжгалузевої співпраці організація взаємодії між суб'єктами господарювання, координація їх відносин між собою та з державою в особі її органів. Міжсекторальне партнерство новий досвід, можливості, рішення, новий погляд на давно відомі речі та нова культура ділових відносин. Аналізуючи показники соціально-економічного розвитку та проводячи детальний галузевий аналіз, розглянуто основні проблеми регіонального економічного розвитку економіки країни в центральних областях, розкрито основні аспекти поглиблення регіональної та міжнародної співпраці.

RU: Для рыночных условий важной задачей является оценка социально-экономического развития страны и регионов. Это развитие требует полных и достоверных данных о социально-экономическом положении региона, перспективах и возможностях, потенциале и инвестиционной привлекательности. Существенным вопросом экономического развития регионов является распространение межрегионального и межотраслевого сотрудничества организация взаимодействия между субъектами хозяйственной деятельности, координация их отношений между собой и с государством в лице ее органов. Межсекторальное партнерство новый опыт, возможности, решения, новый взгляд на давно известные вещи и новая культура деловых отношений. Анализируя показатели социально-экономического развития и проводя подробный отраслевой анализ, рассмотрены основные проблемы регионального экономического развития экономики страны в центральных областях, раскрыты основные аспекты углубления регионального и международного сотрудничества.

EN: For market conditions, an important task is to assess the country’s and regions’; socio-economic development. This development requires complete and reliable data on the region’s socio-economic condition, prospects, and opportunities. Ukraine’s economic growth largely depends on ensuring the sustainable development of the regions. Assessment of the level of development of the region, its specialization and complexity of development of productive forces, their efficiency, as well as research of regional markets of goods and services, labor, financial structures, levels of investment and innovation, includes regional diagnostics. One of the reasons hindering economic growth is the incomplete consideration of the territorial factor in the country’s socio-economic development and the management of this process. Ensuring the integrated and balanced functioning of the regions using organizational, economic, and legal instruments remains an important task. An essential issue of the regions’; economic development is the spread of interregional and intersectoral cooperation the organization of interaction between business entities, coordination of their relations with each other, and with the state in the face of its bodies. A cross-sectoral partnership is a new experience, opportunities, solutions, a new look at long-known things, and a new culture of business relationships. The constant change of regional proportions exacerbates the uneven development, which is the objective basis for the emergence of various disparities at the regional level. The most meaningful explanation for the causes of inequality is the extremely complex structure of the economy of individual regions with its inherent numerous internal relationships and processes that often develop in different directions. Analyzing the socio-economic development indicators and carrying out a detailed sectoral analysis, the main problems of regional economic development of the country’s economy are considered central regions. The main aspects of deepening regional and international cooperation are revealed.
