Удосконалення системи відтворення матеріально-технічної бази аграрних підприємств АПК

Abstract

UK: Розглянуто систему відтворення матеріально-технічної бази агроформувань, що проходить як взаємодія суб'єктів (агроформувань, держави, інфраструктурних інститутів) для підвищення конкурентоспроможності вітчизняного аграрного виробництва, що реалізовується в рамках певних функцій, які формують відповідні інструменти впливу на об'єкти (предмети і засоби праці) з урахуванням впливу зовнішнього середовища та чинників, що вимагають ресурсів для забезпечення заявлених функцій у достатній кількості і належної якості. Удосконалення системи відтворення матеріально-технічної бази агроформувань вимагає врахування чинників, що сприяють і протидіють розширеному відтворенню, забезпечуючи зростання аграрного виробництва і підвищення його ефективності, спільне використання техніки, конкурентоспроможність і якість продукції сільського господарства, поліпшення умов праці на селі, екологізацію сільського господарства, реалізуючи інтереси товаровиробників.

RU: Рассматривается система воспроизводства материально-технической базы агроформирований как взаимодействие субъектов (агроформирований, государства, инфраструктурных институтов) для повышения конкурентоспособности отечественного аграрного производства, реализуемой в рамках определенных функций, которые формируют соответствующие инструменты воздействия на объекты (предметы и средства труда) с учетом влияния внешней среды и факторов, требующих ресурсов в достаточном для обеспечения заявленных функций количестве и надлежащего качества. Совершенствование системы воспроизводства материально-технической базы агроформирований требует учета факторов, способствующих и противодействующих расширенному воспроизводству, обеспечивая рост аграрного производства и повышение его эффективности, совместное использование техники, конкурентоспособность и качество продукции сельского хозяйства, улучшение условий труда на селе, экологизацию сельского хозяйства, реализуя интересы товаропроизводителей.

EN: The system of reproduction of material and technical base of agroformations which passes as interaction of subjects (agroformations, the state, infrastructural institutes) for increase of competitiveness of domestic agricultural production which is realized within the limits of certain functions forming appropriate tools of influence on objects (subjects and means of labor) taking into account the impact of the external environment and factors that require resources sufficient to ensure the declared functions of quantity and proper quality. Under the system of reproduction of material and technical base of agricultural enterprises it is necessary to consider interaction of subjects (agricultural enterprises, the state, infrastructural institutes) for achievement of the purpose of increase of competitiveness of production of domestic agricultural production realized within certain functions which form the corresponding tools of influence on objects. (objects and means of labor) taking into account the challenges of the external environment and historical factors that require quality resources sufficient to implement the declared functions. In determining the areas of expanded reproduction of the material and technical base of agriculture, it is necessary to assess the conditions and possibilities of applying a particular method of reproduction. Thus the choice needs to be approached from the point of view of economic expediency and strategic vision of development of the economic entity. Improving the system of reproduction of the material and technical base of agricultural formations requires consideration of factors that promote and counteract expanded reproduction, ensuring the growth of agricultural production and increase its efficiency, ensuring joint use of equipment, competitiveness and quality of agricultural products, improving rural working conditions, greening agriculture commodity producers. In order to improve the processes of reproduction of material and technical base of agricultural enterprises it is expedient to develop directions of realization of economic interests of agricultural enterprises and the state through a system of measures to stimulate expanded reproduction of material and technical base of the branch within the target programs.
