Процесний підхід до управління підприємством в контексті антикризового розвитку

Abstract

UK: Проведення реформування системи менеджменту в рамках процесного підходу дає можливість управлінцям точно визначити наявні та можливі проблеми. Внаслідок чого стає можливим вчасне введення антикризових заходів. У зв'язку з цим процесний підхід в управлінні підприємством в антикризовому контексті відіграє особливу роль. Процесний підхід до управління суб’єктом господарювання робить можливою побудову такої структури, в якій напрямок діяльності направлений на безперервне поліпшення якості кінцевого продукту або послуги для задоволення споживацьких потреб й ґрунтується на основному понятті «бізнес-процес». В статті розглянуті основні положення процесного підходу та методичне забезпечення оцінювання ефективності управління. Визначено, що для оцінки бізнес-процесів підприємства доцільно використовувати систему якісних і кількісних показників одночасно.

EN: In most cases, modern domestic companies are characterized by depreciation of fixed assets, lack of financial resources, significant staff turnover, use of outdated technology and equipment, low level of management. This significantly slows down the development of Ukrainian companies. That is why it is necessary to radically rethink management and the transition from a systems approach to the process. The terminology of the process approach is quite diverse and has not yet found a single unifying interpretation. Currently, there are a significant number of definitions or interpretations of the concept of «business process» by domestic and foreign scientists. The concept of «business processes» can be interpreted as a system of consistent, connected, continuous and controlled activities, which through managerial influence and through the transformation of organizational resources focuses on achieving a specific mission, ensures productivity and efficiency of the company as a whole. consumer value to the target audience through the business model of the enterprise. The formation of an effective system of business process management in the implementation and implementation of anti-crisis strategy involves the construction of a model of crisis management. Process-oriented approach to crisis management of the enterprise is possible due to: integration of crisis management strategy with process management; formation and maintenance in a capable state of a single system of goals, indicators and criteria for their achievement. The process approach to management leads to the simplification of multilevel complex organizational structures with a hierarchical structure. A relatively equal relationship between departments and employees ensures that the company is maximally focused on consumer needs. For the implementation of the process approach at the enterprise was correct and effective, it is necessary to: provide the company with significant working capital; expand the «worldview» of managers and staff through continuous training; regulate the documentation of business processes.
