Cтимулювання інноваційного розвитку машинобудування в системі пріоритетів промислової політики України

Abstract

UK: У статті проаналізовані закономірності інноваційних змін в сучасних економічних системах, а також з’ясувані механізми стимулювання інноваційного розвитку машинобудівної галузі України. Підкреслено, що економічне зростання та динамічне іноваційне оновлення машинобудування повинно базуватися на відповідності технологічної структури економіки та існуючого в країні інституціонального середовища, а також на сприянні цілям розвитку відповідної економічної ідеології. Обґрунтовано необхідність взаємопов’язаних структурних змін в машинобудуванні та інших галузях промисловості країни на основі якісних технологічних зрушень. Доведено, що інноваційний розвиток машинобудування буде відігравати роль ключового фактору активізації інноваційного оновлення економіки у цілому та зміни загальної технологічної та інституціональної структури України. Наголошено, що забезпечення регулятивних і інституціональних умов для інноваційного розвитку економіки є однією із найважливіших функцій державного регулювання України в сучасних умовах.

EN: The patterns of innovative changes in modern economic systems are analysed, as well as the mechanisms of stimulation of innovative development of the Ukrainian engineering industry are clarified in the article. It was emphasized that economic growth and dynamic innovative renewal of engineering should be based on the correspondence of technological structure of the economy and the existing institutional environment in the country, as well as on the promotion of the goals of development of the corresponding economic ideology. The necessity of interconnected structural changes in engineering and other industries of the country on the basis of qualitative technological changes is substantiated. It is proved that the innovative development of engineering will play the role of a key factor in activation of the innovative renewal of the economy as a whole and in changing of the overall technological and institutional structure of Ukraine. It is emphasized that the provision of regulatory and institutional conditions for the innovative development of the economy is one of the most important functions of the state regulation of Ukraine in the current conditions.
