Особливості розвитку старопромислових регіонів України

Abstract

UK: У статті визначено сутність старопромислових регіонів, їх місце в економічному розвитку України. Проведено аналіз розвитку населених пунктів (міст, селищ, районних центрів і т. д.) СПР нашої країни в умовах економічної та політичної нестабільності. Наведено динаміку розвитку старопромислових міст в умовах сучасних викликів і загроз в Україні. Розглянуто соціально-економічні показники СПР в сучасних умовах. Приділено увагу основним показникам промисловості Дніпропетровської, Запорізької, Донецької та Луганської областей. Вивчено загальні проблеми розвитку цих регіонів на основі розвитку промисловості. Здійснена оцінка концентрації промислового виробництва, транспортної інфраструктури та щільність населення. З’ясована для кожного старопромислового регіона України своя стратегія регіонального розвитку. Розроблено рекомендації і запропоновано методи для покращення економічної інфраструктури старопромислових міст України.

EN: The article defines the essence of old industrial regions, their place in the economic development of Ukraine. The analysis of development of settlements (cities, towns, district centers, etc.) old-industrial regions of our country in terms of economic and political instability is being holded. The dynamics of old industrial cities development in the context of modern challenges and threats in Ukraine is given. Socio-economic indicators of old-industrial regions in the modern world are reviewed. Attention is paid to the basic indicators of industry in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Donetsk and Lugansk regions. The general problems of these regions development through the development of industry are studied. The concentration of industrial production, transport infrastructure and population density are estimated. Regional development strategy is clarified for each old industrial region of Ukraine. Recommendations are developed and methods to improve the economic infrastructure of the old industrial cities of Ukraine are proposed.
