Використання комплексної економіко- організаційної моделі для обґрунтування зміни бізнес-моделі іт-підприємства

Abstract

UK: Стаття присвячена дослідженню процесів адаптації ІТ-підприємств до змін в галузі та появи нових технологічних та організаційних рішень. Метою роботи є пошук та оцінка варіантів корегування або заміни бізнес-моделі підприємствами з розробки інформаційних технологій. Для цього запропоновано використовувати комплексну економіко-організаційну модель, основою якої є когнітивна карта з розподілом показників на три рівні: стратегічний рівень, рівень бізнес-моделі та рівень управління розвитком. Стратегічний рівень побудовано на основі збалансованої системи показників Р. Каплана й Д. Нортона та використовується для контролю досягнення ІТ-підприємством довгострокових цілей. Рівень бізнес- моделі побудовано на основі шаблону бізнес-моделей А. Остервальдера й використовується для забезпечення повноти опису та кількісної оцінки шляхів досягнення стратегічних цілей. Рівень управління розвитком описує основні чинники, які впливають на розвиток підприємства, та пояснюють взаємодію інтелектуальних активів і фінансових засобів для забезпечення високої якості та конкурентоспроможності, мінімізації тривалості виконання проекту та отримання максимального прибутку. В умовах дефіциту інформації зв’язок між показниками оцінюється експертним шляхом. Використання комплексної економіко- організаційної моделі дозволить прискорити адаптацію ІТ-підприємств до змін в галузі та появи нових вдалих рішень. Перспективами подальших досліджень у даному напряму є адаптація нових вдалих рішень до наявних бізнес-моделей підприємств з розробки інформаційних технологій.

EN: The article is devoted to the study of the processes of adaptation of IT enterprises to changes in the industry and the emergence of new technological and organizational solutions. The purpose of the work is to search and evaluate variants of correction or replacement of business models by enterprises for the development of information technology. For this purpose, it is proposed to use a complex economic-organizational model, based on a cognitive map with the distribution of indicators at three levels: strategic level, level of business model and level of development management. The strategic level is based on the Balanced Scorecard of R. Kaplan and D. Norton and is used to control the achievement of the IT enterprise for long-term goals. The business model level is based on A. Osterwalder's business model canvas and is used to ensure the completeness of the description and quantification of the ways to achieve strategic goals. The level of development management describes the main factors that influence the development of an enterprise and explains the interaction of intellectual assets and financial resources to ensure high quality and competitiveness, minimize the duration of the project and maximize profits. In the context of a lack of information, the link between the indicators is evaluated expertly. Using a complex economic-organizational model will accelerate the adaptation of IT enterprises to changes in the industry and the emergence of new successful solutions. Prospects for further research in this area are the adaptation of new successful solutions to the existing business models of enterprises for the development of information technology.
