Забезпечення розвитку підприємства шляхом впливу на складові – економічну безпеку та конкурентоспроможність

Abstract

UK: Дана стаття демонструє особливості використання інструментів ABC- та XYZ- аналізу для формування напрямів розвитку підприємства, що ґрунтуються на забезпеченні економічної безпеки та конкурентоспроможності. При цьому були використані загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи: абстрагування – при визначенні сутності категорій «економічна безпека», «конкурентоспроможність», «розвиток»; типології – при систематизації, класифікації клієнтської бази підприємства; структурно-генетичного аналізу й синтезу – для з’ясування напрямів впливу на кожну групу споживачів; статистичні – для визначення коефіцієнта варіації. Доведено, що розвиток підприємства є цілеспрямованою зміною стану, на який має безпосередній вплив конкурентоспроможність та економічна безпека, основним напрямом забезпечення розвитку підприємства є забезпечення ефективних взаємин з клієнтами. Запропоновано сегментацію фактичних і потенційних споживачів здійснювати за результатами АВС- і ХYZ- аналізу. Рекомендовано, по-перше, зосередити свої зусилля на «вигідних споживачах», по-друге, підсилити контроль над цінами й ціноутворенням, що передбачає більш тісне співробітництво, по-третє, гармонізувати ціни на товар через більш щільне співробітництво зі своїми торговельними партнерами; забезпечити постійну наявність повного асортиментного ряду у торгових партнерів ТОВ «Айсберг-Фіш». Перспективою подальшого дослідження у даному напряму є формування показника, який буде характеризувати рівень економічної безпеки підприємства.

EN: This article demonstrates the ways of using ABC- and XYZ-analysis tools to form enterprise development directions based on ensuring economic security and competitiveness. For this purpose, general scientific and special methods were used: abstraction method for determining the essence of the categories "economic security", "competitiveness", "development"; typology method for arrangement and classification of the enterprise’s customer base; structural and genetic analysis and synthesis were used to find out directions of influence on each group of consumers; statistical method was used to determine the coefficient of variation. It has been proved that the development of an enterprise is a target change of its state, which is directly influenced by competitiveness and economic security; the major direction of a company’s development is ensuring its effective relations with customers. It has been proposed to perform a segmentation of existing and potential consumers using the results of ABCand XYZ-analyses. It has been recommended, firstly, to focus the company’s efforts on "beneficial consumers", secondly, to strengthen control over prices and pricing, which involves closer cooperation, and thirdly, to harmonize the prices of goods through more tight cooperation with their trading partners; to ensure constant availability of a full product range in LLC Iceberg-Fish, who are their trading partners. The prospect of further research in this direction is the formation of an indicator that would characterize the level of economic security at the enterprise.
