Економічні ефекти дезінтеграційного процесу BREXIT у торгівлі

Abstract

UK: У статті досліджено економічні ефекти дезінтеграційного процесу Brexit, які вплинули на сферу торгівлі. Проаналізовано основні економічні показники Великої Британії до виходу з Європейського Союзу та їх зміни в короткостроковому періоді під час перехідного етапу в 2020 р. Зазначено основні причинно-наслідкові зв’язки, що спричинили збільшення та зменшення показників. Розглянуто проблеми у торговельних взаємовідносинах між Великою Британією та ЄС, які виникли після закінчення перехідного періоду. Визначено основні негативні чинники та обставини, що вплинули на суттєве зниження експортно-імпортної діяльності на початку 2021 р. Розглянуто основні проблеми, які виникли в логістичних ланцюгах, і причини їх виникнення. Проаналізовано темпи та причини зниження обсягів експорту та імпорту як до країн ЄС, так і до країн, які не входять до єдиного ринку ЄС. Сформовано перелік змін, які мають місце у сфері торгівлі з 01 січня 2021 р.

RU: В статье исследованы экономические эффекты дезинтеграционного процесса Brexit, которые повлияли на сферу торговли. Проанализированы основные экономические показатели Великобритании до выхода из Европейского Союза и их изменения в краткосрочном периоде во время переходного этапа в 2020 г. Указаны основные причинно-следственные связи, повлекшие увеличение и уменьшение показателей. Рассмотрены проблемы в торговых взаимоотношениях между Великобританией и ЕС, возникшие по окончании переходного периода. Определены основные негативные факторы и обстоятельства, которые повлияли на существенное снижение экспортно-импортной деятельности в начале 2021 г. Рассмотрены основные проблемы, которые возникли в логистических цепях, и причины их возникновения. Проанализированы темпы и причины снижения объемов экспорта и импорта как в страны ЕС, так и в страны, не входящие в единый рынок ЕС. Сформирован перечень изменений, которые имеют место в сфере торговли с 01 января 2021 г.

EN: The article examines the economic effects of the Brexit as the disintegration process, which is affected trade. It is noted that Brexit is one of the largest manifestations of disintegration processes in the European Union for the entire period of its existensing. The main economic indicators of Great Britain before leaving the European Union are analyzed. They are GDP, inflation rate, GDP per capita based on PPP, GDP per capita, unemployment rate. Analogies are made during 10 years of the UK's membership in the EU and shows the change in the dynamics during the transition phase in 2020. The main causal links leding to the growth and decline of statistics are indicated. The analogies between the data of 2020 and during the previous 10 years are made. Data on the growth and decline of GDP in the United Kingdom according to the forecasts of a number of global investment banks such as the Swiss UBS, Bank of America and Barclays, Goldman Sachs and others. The problems are considered in the trade’relations between Great Britain and the EU, had arosed after the end of the transition period, The negative effects of imbalances and inconsistencies in the mechanisms of crossing customs borders in export-import activities after January 1, 2021 are presented. The main negative factors, factors and circumstances that were influenced the significant decline in export-import activity in early 2021 are substantiated. Graphic statistical trends of British exports and imports with EU and non-EU countries are shown graphically. The main problems that have arisen in logistics chains are considered and the reasons for their occurrence are analyzed. The statistical changes in the foreign trade balance of Great Britain in the first quarter are reflected. 2021 in comparison with the IV quarter. 2020 and the reasons for the decline are substantiated.
