Вплив факторів зовнішнього середовища на економічну безпеку будівельних підприємств

Abstract

UK: Стаття присвячена дослідженням впливу факторів зовнішнього середовища на економічну безпеку будівельних підприємств. Проаналізовано фактори впливу зовнішнього середовища на будівельні підприємства за результатами встановлено, що вони мають поділ на макросередовище та мікросередовище, безпосереднього (прямого) впливу та опосередкованого (непрямого) впливу. Запропоновано віднести до основних факторів впливу зовнішнього середовища на економічну безпеку будівельних підприємств показники прямого впливу до яких відносяться: постачальники, конкуренти, споживачі, держава, профспілкові комітети, маркетингові посередники та контактна аудиторія підприємства. Також запропоновано в якості зовнішніх факторів опосередкованого впливу визначити: політичні, соціокультурні фактори, науково-технічних прогрес, екологічна безпека, демографічні та географічні чинники.

RU: Статья посвящена исследованиям влияния факторов внешней среды на экономическую безопасность строительных предприятий. Проанализированы факторы влияния внешней среды на строительные предприятия в результатате установлено, что они поделені на макросреду и микросреду, непосредственного (прямого) воздействия и косвенного (непрямого) действия. Предложено отнести к основным факторам воздействия внешней среды на экономическую безопасность строительных предприятий показатели прямого воздействия к которым относятся: поставщики, конкуренты, потребители, государство, профсоюзные комитеты, маркетинговые посредники и контактная аудитория предприятия. Установлено, также что внешним факторов косвенного влияния являются: политические, социо-культурные факторы, научно-технических прогресс, экологическая безопасность, демографические и географические факторы.

EN: The article is devoted to the study of the influence of environmental factors on the economic security of construction enterprises. The factors of the influence of the external environment on construction enterprises have been analyzed, as a result, it has been established that they are divided into a macro-environment and a micro-environment, direct (direct) impact and indirect (indirect) action. It is proposed to refer to the main factors of the impact of the external environment on the economic security of construction enterprises indicators of direct impact, which include: suppliers, competitors, consumers, the state, trade union committees, marketing intermediaries and the contact audience of the enterprise. The content of the factors of direct influence, suppliers, on the activities of the enterprise, namely, the dependence of the construction organization on the quality, quantity and timeliness of the materials or services provided, necessary for its, functioning, is disclosed. The influence of the consumer on the activities of a construction company is determined, which is carried out by signing contracts, paying for work or services under concluded contracts. The features of the influence of competitors are established, taking into account such parameters as: the number of firms specializing in the production of similar types of work (services), the growth rate of the industry, the degree of concentration of the industry, the price structure in the industry, the level of profit margins. The influence of the state and the trade union committee and found that the main influence of the state and its organs on the financial position of the company is realized through the establishment of the level of taxes and the size of subsidies, capital investments, and the contact with the union, in fact, the company provides its workforce. The impact of which in the future will help assess the associated threats or benefits to the economic security of construction enterprises. It is also proposed to include as external factors of indirect (indirect) impact on economic security: political, socio-cultural, scientific and technological progress, environmental safety, demographic and geographical factors. These factors are more complex and unpredictable, variable and uncertain. It is generally accepted that indirect impact factors do not significantly affect the activities of enterprises, but their impact in the future will help to assess the associated threats or benefits to the economic security of construction enterprises.
