Фінансова безпека експортної діяльності підприємств

Abstract

UK: Метою роботи було дослідження змісту фінансової безпеки експортної діяльності підприємств, виявлення загроз внутрішнього та зовнішнього характерів, які можуть призвести до фінансової нестабільності підприємств-експортерів. Систематизовано основні цілі експортної діяльності підприємств, які пов’язані з їх пріоритетними фінансовими інтересами. Фінансова безпека експортної діяльності підприємства розглядається як детермінований рівень його фінансового стану, який забезпечує збалансований розвиток та стабільну захищеність фінансових інтересів експортера від реальних і потенційних загроз внутрішнього та зовнішнього характерів, що виникають як всередині материнської держави, так і в країні–реципієнті в поточному й перспективному періодах. Проведено аналіз та виявлено основні перешкоди для здійснення експортних операцій вітчизняними підприємствами, які знижують рівень їх економічної безпеки в цілому та фінансової, зокрема. Виявлено основні помилки підприємств-початківців в зовнішньоекономічній діяльності. Надано практичні пропозиції щодо зниження негативного впливу внутрішніх та зовнішніх чинників на рівень фінансової безпеки підприємств-експортерів. Обґрунтовано необхідність фокусування на ключових факторах успіху компанії, які асоціюються із стадією, на якій створюється додана вартість. Подальші дослідження окресленої проблематики стосуються стратегії експорту, цілі та задачі якої повинні бути спрямовані на формування та підтримку основних параметрів його фінансової рівноваги.

EN: The purpose of the work was to study the content of financial security of export activity of enterprises, to identify internal and external threats that could lead to financial of enterprises, to identify internal and external threats that could lead to financial instability of exporting enterprises. The main goals of export activity of enterprises, which are connected with their priority financial interests, were systematized. The financial security of the export activity of the enterprise was considered as a deterministic level of its financial condition, which ensures the balanced development and stable protection of the financial interests of the exporter from the real and potential internal and external threats that arise both within the mother country and in the recipient country in the current and prospective periods. The analysis was conducted and the main obstacles for the export operations of domestic enterprises, which reduce their level of economic security in general and financial, in particular, were found. The main mistakes of start-ups in foreign economic activity were revealed. Practical suggestions on reducing the negative impact of internal and external factors on the level of financial security of exporting enterprises were given. The necessity of focusing on the key factors of company success, which is associated with the stage at which added value is created, was substantiated. Further studies of the above-mentioned problems relate to the export strategy, the goals and objectives of which should be aimed at forming and maintaining the basic parameters of its financial equilibrium.
