Формирование экономики знаний в рамках интеллектуализации и информатизации глобального экономического развития

Abstract

UK: Завданням дослідження є визначення концептуального змісту, ролі та перспектив розвитку економіки знань в умовах глобалізації економіки. Досліджуючи історичні аспекти формування теорії економіки знань, визначено, що її становлення та подальший розвиток обумовлено набираючими силу тенденціями інтелектуалізації та інформатизації глобального економічного розвитку, які вплинули на зростання цінності інформації та знань, як фактори, що забезпечують конкурентну перевагу підприємств, регіонів та країн. Проведене дослідження доводить, що в ХХI столітті економіка знань розглядається філігранно в різних аспектах свого теоретичного і практичного потенціалу: як окремий сектор світової економіки; як визначення типу світової економіки з домінуванням ролі інформації і знань; як своєрідний погляд на процеси інтелектуалізації та інформатизації світової економіки; у вигляді специфічної характеристики світової економіки; в формі нової науки; у вигляді напряму досліджень; як сфера практичної діяльності. У результаті дослідження виявлено, що спрямованість розвитку теорії економіки знань обумовлює, з одного боку, інтерес дослідників і міжнародних організацій щодо подальшої концептуалізації і розробки нових теоретико-прикладних механізмів реалізації ідентифікованого потенціалу, а з іншого, викликає певну критику і детермінує поступове завершення наукової дискусії в даній сфері дослідження.

EN: The purpose of the study is to define the conceptual content, role and prospects of the knowledge economy development in the context of economy globalization. Investigating the historical aspects of the knowledge economy formation theory, it has been determined that its formation and further development are conditioned by the growing tendencies of intellectualization and informatization of global economic development. These tendencies have influenced the growth of the information and knowledge value as factors ensuring the competitive advantage of enterprises, regions and countries. The conducted research proves that in the 21st century the knowledge economy is considered filigree in different aspects of its theoretical and practical potential: as a separate sector of the world economy; as a definition of the world economy type with the dominance of the information and knowledge role; as a particular view of the world economy intellectualization and informatization processes; as a specific characteristic of the world economy; as an emerging science; as a direction of research; as a sphere of practical activity. As a result of the research, it was found that the direction of the knowledge economy theory development determines, on the one hand, the interest of researchers and international organizations in the further conceptualization and development of new theoretical and applied mechanisms for realization of the identified potential, and on the other hand, attracts certain criticism and determines the gradual completion of the scientific discussion in this field of research.
