Основні проблеми та тенденції валютного ринку України в умовах нестабільності валютного курсу

Abstract

UK: Стаття розкриває основні зміни та тенденції валютного ринку України за останні роки. Описано вплив коливань курсу національної валюти на основні економічні процеси в країні, а також зміни ціни національної валюти в умовах економічної кризи за останні періоди. Сформовано групи факторів, які мають вагомий вплив на валютне курсоутворення. Проаналізовано причини стрімкого падіння курсу у період загострення економічної кризи в Україні. Досліджено тенденцію зміни золотовалютних резервів країни та їх взаємозв’язок із динамікою валютного курсу. Описано основні режими валютного курсу, які функціонують на міжнародних валютних ринках та вибір найоптимальнішого та найефективнішого для України в умовах сьогодення. Описано позитивні та негативні сторони переходу українського валютного ринку на режим плаваючого валютного курсу та його ефективність для вітчизняної економіки. Запропоновано перелік заходів, які необхідно здійснити зі сторони держави для забезпечення нормального функціонування валютного ринку в умовах сучасної нестабільності.

EN: The article characterizes the main changes and trends of the exchange market of Ukraine in the last few years. This work describes the influence of fluctuations of the national currency rate on the main economic processes in the country and the changes in the price of the national currency in the conditions of the economic crisis last periods. The groups of factors that have an effect on the formation of the exchange rate are formed. The reasons for the rapid decline of the course in the period of exacerbation of the economic crisis in Ukraine are analyzed also in this article. The article analyzes the tendency of changes in the country's gold reserves and their correlation with the exchange rate. In addition, we describe the basic modes of the exchange rate that exists at the international exchange market and make the choice of the most optimal for Ukraine with the present conditions. The positive and negative aspects of the transition of the Ukrainian currency market to the regime of floating exchange rate are described in the work. The list of measures to be implemented by the state to ensure the normal functioning of the foreign exchange market in the conditions of modern instability is offered.
