Сучасні теоретико-методологічні підходи щодо екологічного розвитку регіону

Abstract

UK: У статті розглядаються сучасні теоретико-методологічні підходи щодо екологічного розвитку регіону. Визначено поняття сталого екологічного розвитку, екологічного розвитку регіону та екологічної безпеки. В результаті дослідження обґрунтовано необхідність використання системного підходу та методів системного аналізу, що у випадку мережної економіки та мережних структур є прогресивним інструментом для вирішення проблем не тільки сталого екологічного розвитку, а й дослідження питань сталого розвитку загалом. Проаналізовано вплив інформаційно-інноваційного та науково-технічного прогресу на зовнішнє природнє середовище. Визначено роль держави та законодавства у забезпеченні екологічної безпеки як невід’ємної складової екологічного розвитку регіону. Розкрито зв’язок еколого-економічних проблем з розвитком мережного суспільства та їх подальший вплив на екологічний розвиток регіону.

EN: The new theoretical and methodological approach to environmental development of a region have been investigated in the article. The concepts of environmental sustainability development of a region and environmental safety have been defined. The study has proved the need for using the systematic approach and methods of systems analysis for such problems investigating. In the case of network economics and network structure the systematic approach are defined as a progressive tool to address not only the environmental sustainability of the region but also research on sustainable development in general. The influence of information, innovation as well as technological progress to the external environment has been analyzed. The article has also emphasized the role of the state and legislation to ensure the environmental safety as an integral part of environmental sustainable development. The impact of the environmental and economic problems to the development of the network society and their subsequent impact on the ecological development of the region have been found out.
