Ефективне управління діяльністю промислових підприємств: системний підхід

Abstract

UK: Стаття присвячена дослідженню питання управління ефективністю діяльності промислових підприємств. Наголошено, що система оцінювання діяльності промислових підприємств посідає центральне місце в процесі управління ними, тобто від удосконалення системи управління залежить більш повне використання підприємствами наявних резервів та орієнтація на підвищення кінцевих результатів роботи. Акцентовано на необхідності удосконалення критеріїв ефективного управління діяльністю промислових підприємств шляхом впровадження системного підходу. Обґрунтовано необхідність розширення сукупності критеріїв оцінки ефективності діяльності промислових підприємств на прикладі енергетичної галузі, зокрема, вугільних шахт, з позицій управління їх ресурсним потенціалом. Запропоновано модель оцінки впливу на ресурсний потенціал вугільної шахти внутрішніх факторів, що мають стохастичний характер. Обґрунтовано оптимізацію регулювання функціонала моделі до оптимальних значень шляхом градієнтного скорочення лімітів по основних ресурсам промислового підприємства. Доведено необхідність встановлення ступеня використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємства й відповідного його регулювання на основі градієнтного скорочення ліміту ресурсів шляхом введення певних коефіцієнтів. Зазначено, що запропонована методика дозволяє здійснювати управління між мірою використання виробничих ресурсів і ефективністю виробництва підприємства.

EN: The article is devoted to the study of the management of the efficiency of industrial enterprises. It was emphasized that the system of evaluation of the activity of industrial enterprises occupies a central place in the process of managing them, that is, from the improvement of the management system the more full use of the enterprises' existing reserves and the focus on improving the final results of work. The emphasis is on the need to improve the criteria for effective management of industrial enterprises by introducing a systematic approach. The necessity of expanding the set of criteria for evaluating the efficiency of industrial enterprises is substantiated by an example of the energy sector, in particular, coal mines, from the point of view of management of their resource potential. The model of the impact on the resource potential of a coal mine of internal factors having a stochastic character is proposed. The optimization of the functional model of the model to optimal values was substantiated by gradient reduction of the limits on the main resources of the industrial enterprise. The necessity of establishing the degree of utilization of the resource potential of the enterprise and its corresponding regulation on the basis of the gradient reduction of the resource limit by the introduction of certain coefficients has been proved. It is noted that the proposed method allows to manage between the degree of use of production resources and the efficiency of the enterprise production.
