Методика оцінювання ефективності системи економічної безпеки підприємств роздрібної торгівлі

Abstract

UK: У статті запропоновано авторську методику оцінювання ефективності системи економічної безпеки підприємств роздрібної торгівлі, що ґрунтується на ресурсно-функціональному підході до оцінювання, відповідно до якого є можливість визначити рівень економічної безпеки як за кожною складовою економічної безпеки так і загальний. Особливістю даної методики є проведення дворівневого оцінювання ефективності системи економічної безпеки підприємства, де на першому рівні для оцінки рівня економічної безпеки підприємства розраховується інтегральний показник економічної безпеки підприємства на основі модифікованого таксономічного показника, а на другому – на підставі застосування динамічних економетричних моделей оцінюється адаптивність системи економічної безпеки до умов її функціонування. Запропонована методика оцінювання рівня економічної безпеки підприємства дозволяє під час застосування провести оцінювання загального рівня економічної безпеки підприємства і за кожною складовою, також, оцінити адаптивність системи економічної безпеки до умов функціонування, що значно сприяє ефективності управління економічною безпекою підприємства роздрібної торгівлі.

EN: The author's methodology for assessing the efficiency of the system of economic security of retail enterprises, based on a resource-functional approach to evaluation, has been proposed n the article. According to resource-functional approach to evaluation there is an opportunity to determine the level of economic security for each component of economic security and in general. The peculiarity of this method is to conduct a twotier evaluation of the effectiveness of the enterprise's economic security system. At the first level for the estimation of the level of economic security of the enterprise the integrated index of economic security of the enterprise is calculated on the basis of the modified taxonomic index. At the second level for the estimation on the basis of the application of dynamic econometric models, the adaptability of the system of economic security to the conditions of its functioning is estimated. The method of estimating the level of economic security of the enterprise has been proposed. It allows conducting an assessment of the overall level of economic security of the enterprise and for each component, as well as assessing the adaptability of the system of economic security to the conditions of operation, which significantly contributes to the effectiveness of management of the economic security of the retail business.
