Вибір драйверів управління розвитком національної економіки на основі прогнозування

Abstract

UK: В статті розглянуто проблему управління розвитком національної економіки із застосуванням специфічних механізмів – драйверів управління. Встановлено, що вибір драйверів управління розвитком має ґрунтуватися на результатах прогнозування показників за параметрами функціонування національної економіки. Мета дослідження полягала у обґрунтуванні вибору виду драйверу управління розвитком національної економіки на основі прогнозних значень показників розвитку, отриманих із застосуванням методів аналітичного вирівнювання та кореляційно-регресійного аналізу. Виявлено, що драйвери управління розвитком акумулюють виявлені імпульси до прискорення розвитку соціально-економічної системи та виступають його каталізаторами. Встановлено, що драйвери управління розвитком можуть розглядатися на різних рівнях соціально-економічних систем, в тому числі і на макрорівні (на рівні національної економіки). Розроблено та апробовано на прикладі національної економіки послідовність ідентифікації умов застосування різних видів драйверів управління розвитком. Визначено прогнозні значення показників функціонування національної економіки та обґрунтовано застосування генеруючого драйверу управління, здатного активізувати імпульси розвитку.

EN: The article deals with the problem of management of the development of the national economy with the use of specific mechanisms - management drivers. It has been established that the choice of drivers for development management should be based on the results of forecasting indicators on the parameters of the functioning of the national economy. The purpose of the study was to substantiate the choice of the type of driver for the management of the development of the national economy based on the forecast values of development indicators obtained using the methods of analytical alignment and correlation-regression analysis. It was revealed that development control drivers accumulate the identified impulses to accelerate the development of the socio-economic system and act as its catalysts. It has been established that development control drivers can be considered at different levels of socioeconomic systems, including at the macro level (at the level of the national economy). The sequence of identification of the conditions for the use of different types of development control drivers was developed and tested on the example of the national economy. The predicted values of the indicators for the parameters of the functioning of the national economy are determined and the application of the generating control driver is used, application of which will allow to activate the impulses of development.
