Удосконалення системи стимулювання інноваційної активності персоналу ТОВ "ЗЛМЗ"

Abstract

UK: Розглянуто систему стимулювання інноваційної активності персоналу ТОВ «ЗЛМЗ», яка, на даний момент, функціонує на підприємстві. Основним завданням системи стимулювання інноваційної активності на підприємстві є збільшення обсягу інновацій, збільшення числа нових учасників інноваційної діяльності, усунення причин гальмування інноваційних процесів, формування і підтримка інтересу персоналу до творчого мислення та пошуків резервів вдосконалення процесів, технологій, засобів праці, тощо. Система стимулювання інноваційної діяльності підприємства впливає на розвиток як окремих підрозділів, так і всієї організації в цілому, дає змогу формувати та розвивати конкурентні переваги в галузі. Слід зазначити, що в сучасних умовах господарювання, особливо гостро відчувається відсутність достатнього рівня інноваційної активності. Це пов’язано з пришвидшенням процесу розвитку організацій, який, по суті, є безперервним. Обґрунтовано недоліки діючої системи стимулювання, та запропоновано її удосконалення з урахуванням визначених недоліків. Модернізована система повинна забезпечити персонал формалізацією кроків, які необхідно пройти від виникнення ідеї, до її трансформації в конкретну вигоду.

EN: The system of stimulation of innovative activity of personnel of LLC "ZLMZ" is considered, which, at the moment, operates in the enterprise. The main task of the system of stimulation of innovation activity at the enterprise is to increase the volume of innovations, increase the number of new participants in innovation activity, eliminate the reasons of inhibition of innovation processes, form and support the interest of the personnel in creative thinking and search for reserves for the improvement of processes, technologies, means of work, etc. The system of stimulation of innovation activity of an enterprise influences the development both of separate units, as well as of the whole organization as a whole, makes it possible to form and develop competitive advantages in the industry. It should be noted that in modern conditions of management, especially acute lack of sufficient level of innovation activity. This is due to the acceleration of the process of development of organizations, which, in essence, is continuous. The shortcomings of the existing incentive system are substantiated, and its improvement is proposed taking into account certain deficiencies. The modernized system must provide staff with the formalization of the steps that need to be taken from the emergence of an idea to its transformation into a concrete benefit.
