Pазвитие интеллектуального и компьютерного капитала предприятия в рыночных условиях /

Abstract

UK: Формування комп'ютерного капіталу підприємства (ККП) відбувається в процесі розвитку інтелектуального капіталу (ІК). Невисокий рівень розвитку ІТ на більшості українських підприємств пояснюється відсутністю потреби в даних типах інновацій. Невдалі проекти пов'язані з відсутністю змін у людському та організаційному капіталі, без яких не можливе отримання позитивних результатів від застосування ІТ. Стаття написана за результатами досліджень і виконана в лабораторії «Моделювання економічних процесів в інфраструктурних галузях» Харківського національного університету радіоелектроніки на замовлення Міністерства енергетики України в 2017-2018 роках. Метою дослідження є доведення успішності розвитку інформаційної системи підприємства (ІСП), використовуючи інтелектуальний і комп'ютерний ресурси. Методом дослідження обрано механізм порівняльного аналізу показників до комп'ютерної революції і становлення сучасної інформаційної системи підприємства. Головним висновком у проведеному дослідженні можна визначити таке: формування ККП відбувається протягом декількох років (від 3 до 5). Для визначення його значення у складі людського капіталу необхідна розробка підходів для економічної оцінки знань співробітників підприємства у галузі ІТ. У роботі запропонована методологія розвитку інтелектуального і комп'ютерного капіталу підприємства.

EN: The formation of the computer capital of an enterprise (PSC) occurs in the process of the development of intellectual capital (IC). The low level of IT development in most Ukrainian enterprises is due to the lack of need for these types of innovations. Unsuccessful projects are associated with a lack of changes in human and organizational capital, without which it is not possible to obtain positive results from the use of IT. The article was written based on the results of research and carried out in the laboratory "Modeling of economic processes in infrastructure sectors" of Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics commissioned by the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine in 2017-2018. The aim of the study is to prove the success of the development of the enterprise information system (COI) using intellectual and computer resources. As a research method, a mechanism of comparative analysis of indicators before the computer revolution and the formation of a modern information system of an enterprise was chosen. As the main conclusion in the conducted research it is possible to note the following. The formation of the CCP takes place over several years (from 3 to 5). To determine its value in human capital, it is necessary to develop approaches for the economic assessment of the knowledge of IT employees in the field of human capital. The paper proposes a methodology for the development of the intellectual and computer capital of an enterprise.
