Іноземне інвестування в сферу інформаційних технологій України в умовах глобального економічного розвитку

Abstract

UK: У науковій статті надано визначення інформаційним технологіям, визначено найбільші ІТ-компанії, проаналізовано сучасний стан розвитку інформаційних технологій найбільших країн світу, таких, як США, країни ЄС, країни Азіатсько-тихоокеанського регіону. Надано характеристику сучасного стану української ІТ-сфери, як однієї з найважливіших основ вітчизняної економіки і економічного зростання України. У ході дослідження виділено основні переваги від залучення іноземних інвестицій до української ІТ-сфери, ідентифіковано основні загрози у сфері інформаційних технологій в Україні. Розроблено науково-практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності іноземних інвестицій в ІТ-сферу України з урахуванням тенденцій глобального економічного розвитку, а саме: удосконалення законодавства у сфері інформаційних технологій, а також у сфері оподаткування та захисту інтелектуальних прав; підвищення уваги на підготовку кваліфікованих працівників у сфері ІТ; підвищення рівня прозорості вітчизняного законодавства; зменшення рівня корупції в Україні.

EN: The article presents the definition of information technologies, identifies the largest IT companies, analyzes the current state of development of information technologies of the largest countries of the world, such as the USA, the EU countries, countries of the Asia-Pacific region. A description of the current state of the Ukrainian IT sphere as one of the most important foundations of the national economy and economic growth of Ukraine is given. The study highlighted the main advantages of attracting foreign investment to the Ukrainian IT sphere, identifying the main threats in the field of information technology in Ukraine. Scientific and practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency of foreign investments in the IT sphere of Ukraine are developed, taking into account the trends of global economic development, namely: improvement of legislation in the field of information technologies, as well as in the field of taxation and protection of intellectual property rights; increasing attention to the training of skilled employees in the field of IT; raising the level of transparency of domestic legislation; reducing the level of corruption in Ukraine.
