Проблеми розвитку глобальної конкурентоспроможності України

Abstract

UK: У статті досліджено глобальну конкурентоспроможність України в 2017 році, умови формування національної конкурентоспроможності та проблеми економічного розвитку України. Зазначено важливе місце глобальної конкурентоспроможності на сучасному етапі економічного розвитку. За основу вибору показників виступила публікація «Сlustеrs оf Соmpеtitivеnеss» від спеціалістів Світового банку, що виділяє 3 основних індикатори міжнародної конкурентоспроможності: iндекс мiжнародної конкурентоспроможностi за версiєю Iнституту менеджменту в Швейцарії (Institutе оf Mаnаgеmеnt Dеvеlоpmеnt, IMD); iндекс глобальної конкурентоспроможностi за версiєю Всесвiтнього економiчного форуму (Wоrld Есоnоmiс Fоrum); ведення бiзнесу (Dоing Businеss) за методикою Свiтового банку (Wоrld Bаnk) та Мiжнародної фiнансової корпорацiї (входить до групи Свiтового банку). В статті розкрито хронологію глобальної конкурентоспроможності України та динаміку за останні роки. Визначено, що Україна покращила свою конкурентоспроможність на міжнародному економічному ринку відносно попередніх років, але динаміка покращення конкурентоспроможності більш повільна відносно досліджуваних країн.

EN: The global competitiveness of Ukraine in 2017, as well as the conditions of the formation of the national competitiveness and the problems of economic development have been examined in this article. An important role of the globalcompetitiveness at the present stage of economic development has been indicated. The publication «Сlustеrs оf Соmpеtitivеnеss» by the World Bank specialists has been chosen as the basis for the indicators’ selection and determines three main indicators of international competitiveness: International Competitiveness Index of the Institutе оf Mаnаgеmеnt Dеvеlоpmеnt (IMD); Global Competitiveness Index of the World Economic Forum; Doing Business of the World Bank and the International Financial Corporation. The article presents the chronology of the globa competitiveness of Ukraine and trends in recent years. It has been determined that Ukraine has improved competitiveness in the international economic market relative to previous years, but the dynamics of competitiveness improvement is more slowly relative to the studied countries.
