Оцінка розвитку соціально-економічної системи та мінливості її зовнішнього середовища на прикладі національної економіки України

Abstract

UK: В статті апробовано методичний підхід до оцінки розвитку соціально-економічної системи та мінливості її зовнішнього середовища на прикладі національної економіки України. Встановлено, що оцінка розвитку та мінливості зовнішнього середовища соціально-економічної системи не тільки має на меті визначення рівня та характеру розвитку соціально-економічної системи, але також допоможе визначити її стійкість до зовнішніх факторів, вплив якиххарактеризується високим ступенем мінливості. Оцінка розвитку соціально-економічних систем є складною проблемою, яка вимагає використання різних методів та поєднання їх елементів. Огляд наукової літератури довів актуальність та доцільність розробки методичного підходу до оцінки розвитку соціально-економічної системи, що враховує економічні, соціальні та екологічні його складові. Метою даного дослідження є апробація методичного підходу до оцінки розвитку соціально- економічної системи та мінливості її зовнішнього середовища на прикладі національної економіки України. Відібрано економічні, соціальні та екологічні показники розвитку національної економіки. Визначено рівень та характер розвитку національної економіки. Оцінено стійкість розвитку національної економіки, встановлено зв'язок між рівнем розвитку національної економіки України та мінливістю зовнішнього середовища.

EN: The article approves a methodical approach to the assessment of the development of the socio-economic system and the variability of its external environment on the example of the national economy. It was established that the evaluation of the development and variability of the external environment of the socio-economic system not only determine the level and nature of the development of the socio-economic system, but also help to determine its resilience to external factors that are characterized by a high degree of variability. An overview of scientific literature has shown the need for a methodical approach to the assessment of the development of socio-economic systems, which takes into account the economic, social and environmental components. The purpose of this study is to approbate a methodical approach to assessing the development of the socio- economic system and the variability of its external environment on the example of the national economy of Ukraine. Assessment of the development of socio-economic systems is a complex problem, which requires the use of different methods and the combination of their elements. The indicators of the development of the socio-economic system at the macro level have been selected. The level and nature of development of the national economy are determined. The stability of the development of the national economy is assessed. An assessment of the development of the national economy as a complex socio-economic system was made, and the relationship between the level of development of the national economy of Ukraine and the variability of the external environment was established.
