Україна та Європейський Союз: основні напрямки співпраці

Abstract

UK: У статті викладено аналіз основних напрямків співробітництва України та ЄС, а також запропоновано авторське бачення шляхів поглиблення та удосконалення українсько-європейської співпраці. Досліджено сучасний стан розвитку українсько-європейської співпраці та визначено, що пріоритетними напрямками співробітництва є безпека та оборона, енергетика, торгівля та інвестиції, юстиція та внутрішні справи, охорона навколишнього середовища, транспортна сфера, транскордонне співробітництво, наука, технології та космос. Проведено аналіз динаміки міжнародного економічного співробітництва України та Європейського Союзу за основними напрямками співпраці. Визначено основні проблеми у відносинах України з ЄС, а також охарактеризовано перспективні напрями співпраці на сучасному етапі розвитку економіки.

EN: The article presents an analysis of the main areas of cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union, as well as offers the author's vision of ways to deepen and improve Ukrainian-European cooperation. The current state of development of Ukrainian-European cooperation is studied and it is revealed that the main areas of cooperation that deserve special attention are security and defense, energy, trade and investment, justice and home affairs, environment, transport, cross-border cooperation, science, technology and space. An analysis of the dynamics of international economic cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union in the main areas of cooperation. Analysis of the dynamics and trends of cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union showed that the process of implementing the Association Agreement in some areas is different, which is explained by the scope and timing of tasks, the scale of the planned reforms. The threats and risks that hinder the deepening of Ukraine's integration into the European community have been identified, as well as promising areas and opportunities for cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union at the current stage of economic development. It was found that the content of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union must be revised with a reorientation to the innovation orientation of the Ukrainian state and increase its competitiveness on the world stage, because in modern realities, when the world situation is changing almost every minute. effective cooperation, one cannot ignore the cardinal changes that significantly affect the course of cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union. Today, the primary goal in the development of Ukrainian-European cooperation is to maintain positive dynamics and create a consistent balanced strategy that will minimize the negative effects of the war in the country and will promote further integration of Ukraine into Europe. As a result of the conducted research, it was established that the most promising solution to the problems of cooperation is Ukraine's accession to the European Union, taking into account interaction and globalization factors.
