Досвід інвестиційного забезпечення модернізації економіки країн Східної Європи

Abstract

UK: В статті досліджено актуальні для української економіки питання досвіду євроінтеграції й інвестування у модер-нізацію економіки країнами Східної Європи. Тому метою дослідження є формалізація моделей інвестиційної підтримки модернізації економіки країн Східної Європи в контексті інноваційного розвитку та інтеграції у глобальні економічні системи. В дослідженні використали загальнонаукові методи аналізу та узагальнення, статистичного аналізу, гра-фічної візуалізації. Отримані результати дозволили формалізувати цілі, моделі та механізми модернізації економіки країн Східної Європи. Автори визначили два ключові шляхи модернізації: за рахунок інтегрованості до європейського економічно-інвестиційного простору та регіональної інвестиційної підтримки. На прикладі модернізації інфраструк-турної сфери Польщі, Румунії та Словаччини показано прикладні аспекти, моделі, закономірності та узагальнено до-свід реалізації цілей інвестиційного забезпечення. Практичне значення вивчення досвіду інвестиційного забезпечення модернізації економіки країн Європейського союзу полягає у формалізації імперативів економіки України в контексті наукової проблематики відбудови та євроїнтеграції.

EN: In the article the actual for Ukrainian economy experience of European integration and investment in modernization of the economy by the countries of Eastern Europe is researched. Modernization and its investment support for the implementa-tion of international standards have become drivers of development of Eastern European countries after their integration into the European space. In order to rebuild the Ukrainian economy and achieve European integration goals, it is necessary to identify the key strategic objectives of the experience of investment support for the modernization of Eastern European countries and adapt it to the challenges of the Ukrainian economy. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to formalize the models of investment support for the modernization of the economies of Eastern Europe in the context of innovative develop-ment and integration into global economic systems. The study used general scientific methods of analysis and generalization to formalize the scientific and conceptual apparatus, determine approaches and patterns of investment support for economic modernization; statistical analysis – to establish the dynamism and direction of investment support; graphical visualiza-tion – to present and summarize the results of the study. The obtained results allowed to formalize the goals of economic modernization of Eastern European countries and models of their implementation. The authors identified two key ways of modernization: through integration into the European economic space and regional investment support. On the example of the modernization of the infrastructure sphere of Poland, Romania and Slovakia, the applied aspects, models, patterns and experience of implementing the goals of investment support are shown. The practical significance of studying the experience of investment support for the modernization of the European Union's economy is to formalize the imperatives, to formulate strategic guidelines, to develop models and mechanisms for modernizing the economy of Ukraine, especially in the context of scientific problems of recovery and European integration.
