Оцінка факторів впливу на продовольчу безпеку України в умовах глобальних викликів та загроз

Abstract

UK: У статті здійснено оцінку факторів впливу на продовольчу безпеку та запропоновано основні заходи щодо забезпечення продовольчої безпеки України. Дослідження обґрунтовують актуальність продовольчої безпеки та її важливість на сучасному етапі розвитку суспільних відносин. Наголошено на важливості вирішення продовольчої проблеми для забезпечення стійкого розвитку та забезпеки майбутніх поколінь. Розраховано індекс продовольчої безпеки України на основі методики, що передбачає розрахунок чотирьох складових та інтегрального індексу продовольчої безпеки держави. Для оцінки факторів, що мають суттєвий вплив на продовольчу безпеку використано коефіцієнт кореляції Пірсона. Здійснено аналіз впливу екстернальних та інтернальних факторів на індекс продовольчої безпеки держави. На основі визначення факторів впливу розроблено рекомендації для забезпечення продовольчої безпеки України в період глобальних викликів та загроз.

EN: The article evaluates the factors influencing the state's food security and proposes the main measures to ensure the food security of Ukraine in the period of global challenges and threats. The study substantiates the relevance of ensuring the state's food security and its importance at the current stage of the development of social relations, which are characterized by a high level of uncertainty and risk. The permanent growth of the world's population and the limitation of food resources were indicated, which determines the global threat of global food shortages in the future. The importance of solving the food problem to ensure sustainable development and ensure the safety of future generations was emphasized. The research methodology involved the implementation of two stages. Firstly, the calculation of the food security index of Ukraine was based on a methodology that involves the calculation of four components: affordability, availability, quality and safety, sustainability and adaptation. Based on the calculation of these components, the integral index of food security of the state was calculated. Appropriate conclusions were made regarding the trends of this index. Secondly, the Pearson correlation coefficient was used to assess the factors influencing the food security of the state. Influence factors are divided into groups: internal and external. The analysis of the influence of external factors on the food security index of Ukraine was carried out and relevant conclusions were drawn. Among the external and internal factors, the main "bottlenecks" that negatively affect the state's food security have been identified. Based on the analysis of the main "bottlenecks", recommendations were proposed to eliminate them and ensure Ukraine's food security in the period of global challenges and threats.
